Top Prospect Sports Inc. is a registered non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida. Our organization operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including but not limited to the development and support of youth athletic programs, mentorship, academic enrichment, and community engagement through sports.

Top Prospect Sports Inc. is recognized as a Florida not-for-profit corporation and is in good standing with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. Our activities are conducted in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing nonprofit and youth athletic organizations.

Use of Name and Logo:
The name “Top Prospect Sports Inc.”, associated logos, and program materials are the intellectual property of the organization and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without the express written consent of the Board of Directors.

Participation in Top Prospect Sports Inc. programs involves physical activity that may carry a risk of injury. By participating in our programs or events, all participants, guardians, and volunteers acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks. Top Prospect Sports Inc. is not liable for any injury or loss incurred during participation, except to the extent covered by applicable liability insurance.
